- Event Nature
- The Seminar is a free event organized by Summit Planners Cluster, a cluster of branch units representing Manulife Financial Advisers Pte Ltd.
- Registration
- Registration is mandatory for attendance, and it is on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Confirmation of Registration
- The Organiser may contact the registered participants to confirm their seats, subject to availability. Participants are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their contact information during registration.
- Photography and Videography
- Consent to Capture
You consent to be photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded during the event. Organiser reserves the right to use any such photographs, videos, or recordings for promotional, marketing, or informational purposes without compensation.
- Release of Rights
You release the Organiser from any liability connected with the use of your image or likeness as captured during the event. This release includes but is not limited to, any claims for compensation, invasion of privacy, or defamation.
- Usage Rights
The organiser retains the right to use, reproduce, distribute, and display any photographs, videos, or recordings taken during the event in perpetuity and without restriction, in any media format, for promotional, educational, or other purposes.
- Attendance Policy
- Attendance is restricted to adult participants only. Children will not be admitted to the seminar.
- In the event of non-attendance, participants are requested to inform the organizers as soon as possible to allow for adjustments in seating arrangements and refreshments.
- Each attendee is permitted to attend the Seminar only once. Re-registration for subsequent seminars by the same attendee is not allowed. Please contact your consultant if you wish to know more about the Special Needs & Future Care Plan after the seminar.
- Liability
- The organiser is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to personal property during the seminar. Participants are responsible for their belongings and are encouraged to keep valuables secure.
- Seminar Content
- The information presented during the seminar is for sharing purposes only and should not be considered legal or financial advice. Participants are encouraged to consult with qualified professionals for personalized guidance.
- Recording and Reproduction
- Participants are prohibited from recording, reproducing, or distributing the seminar content without the explicit permission of the organiser.
- Event Changes
- The Seminar may be postponed or canceled at the discretion of the Organiser. Participants will be notified in advance via the contact information provided during registration.
- Cancellation Policy
- Should participants need to cancel their registration, they are kindly requested to inform the organiser at least 48 hours before the scheduled seminar date.
- Refreshments
- While light refreshments will be provided, the organiser does not cater to specific dietary restrictions or allergies. Participants with dietary concerns are encouraged to make their own arrangements.
- Code of Conduct
- Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner during the seminar. Any disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event.
