("Manulife Financial Advisers"), the view of the speakers, moderator, any other third parties (together the "Partners"), are provided for informational permitted by law, shall not be liable for any losses, damagas, charges or expenses, whether direct, or consequential and howsoever arising, that you, or your friend(s) whom signed up for, suffer or incur as a result of or in connection with use or reliance on the information provided in the Event.
  2. The views expressed by the Partners at the Event are those of the Partners' and not necessarily Manulife Financial Advisers'. Manulife Financial Advisers does not endorse any view or recommendations discussed or expressed in the Event and also assumes no legal liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of the Event.

  5. You acknowledge and agree for images and videos to be taken and recorded during the Event for publicity, promotional materials and other related purposes by Manulife, without Manulife having to take any consent from any party whatsoever.

Manulife reserves the right to amend, add, withdraw, supplement, suspend or terminate this Event at its sole discretion at any time and without notice, reason or liability, and all decisions made by Manulife in this connection shall be final and binding. Manulife shall not be liable for payment or compensation to any party. No appeal shall be entertained.
  7. A person who does not participate in this Event shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap. 53B Singapore Statutes) to enforce any of these Terms and Conditions.
  8. These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Singapore.
